Meet John and Zorina Noland, the couple behind Kickstand. After successful careers in non-profit executive leadership and finance respectfully, they realized they had a shared passion to help others succeed. 

In the early days, bookkeeping was a side gig for Zorina as she worked as an office manager in the landscape industry. She soon realized that she had a love for balancing books and began to pursue a career as a full-time bookkeeper and ended up in Silicon Valley as the Finance Manager of software start-up company.

Meanwhile, John was climbing the corporate ladder working for a national non-profit. With roles as the Senior Vice President of Operations in Silicon Valley and as a consultant for the national office in Chicago, he realized that his true love was in business development and was eager to explore work in the private sector.

By combining their business backgrounds and expertise, Kickstand was born in 2016 with the vision of supporting entrepreneurs and small business owners. Their goal is to focus on keeping your financial house in order so you can focus on your biggest asset – your customers.
